Pennsylvania Credit Union Service Centers, Inc. (PaCUSC) is a CUSO organized in 1993 to provide shared branching services for credit unions in Pennsylvania. PaCUSC has 54 unique shareholders; primarily credit unions from Pennsylvania, a few out of state credit unions, CrossState Credit Union Association and CrossState Solutions. In 2007, PaCUSC signed an agreement with the Delaware Credit Union League to offer shared branch services to the credit unions in Delaware. Today, PaCUSC serves 59 participating credit unions from Pennsylvania and 6 from Delaware.
The PaCUSC board is made up of 7 members who set the strategic direction of the CUSO and establishes the local pricing and rules. Through an agreement with PaCUSC, CrossState Solutions manages the day-to-day operations and monthly settlement of interchange fees.
Vision - PaCUSC promotes credit union service.
Mission - The Pennsylvania Credit Union Service Centers, Inc. (PaCUSC) will establish a network of "member - friendly" shared service centers available to credit unions as an extended delivery system promoting service through technology and convenient locations.
